Executive Arm, founded in 2020 by Tiferet Sprung and Sarah Silvestri, is a management outsourcing firm that partners with nonprofits to provide data-driven executive direction.

Our founders launched Executive Arm during one of the largest crises across the world in order to help nonprofits right when they need it most. Meet Sarah and Tiferet.

    Sarah is a powerhouse in the nonprofit sector, bringing over 15 years of experience, strategic insight, and a passion for driving impact. As the co-founder and CFO of Executive Arm, a cutting-edge management outsourcing firm, she empowers nonprofits with data-driven executive direction, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth.

    Recognized as one of JUF’s 36 Under 36, Sarah is a leader who doesn’t just manage organizations—she elevates them. With a sharp eye for strategy and a hands-on approach, she has a proven track record of breaking down barriers, streamlining operations, and delivering measurable results. Whether it’s overseeing facility management, spearheading communications, or crafting compelling fundraising and development strategies, she thrives on building momentum and making a difference.

    Her leadership is fueled by a deep commitment to the community, a relentless drive for innovation, and an unwavering belief in the power of collaboration.

  • CEO

    Tiferet Sprung is a data analyst proficient in the programming language Python specializing in Jewish nonprofits. Intimately familiar with the specific problems facing today’s synagogues and Jewish not for profits she has worked to bring her systematic problem solving to synagogues and nonprofits throughout the country.

    Tiferet has been married to Rabbi Yitzy Sprung since 2012, since 2016 she has partnered with him and helped him serve as a kollel fellow and assistant rabbi at the YU Torah Mitzion Kollel of Chicago, Congregation Or Torah in Skokie Il, and United Orthodox Synagogues in Houston Tx. Through this she has seen the deep impact and strength a synagogue can bring to a community and she is passionate about bringing her full expertise and experience to help you maximize your impact and influence on your own. Tiferet is passionate about data based problem solving and organizational efficiency. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids and perusing the planner aisle in Michaels.
